NCIS is about to change!!

Well it's been a long journey from our humble beginnings, however we are about to move premises  and upgrade our service and support to our customers. In the past few months we have had framers from WA, SA, QLD, NSW and ACT come on board. It's great to see so many Picture Framers taking advantage of our services. I would like to take this opportunity to thank our customers and thank them for their on going support during the last few weeks as we have made this transition. With the new upgrade of customer support and service you will see me on the road very soon. I am very excited by seeing all my customers with their point of sale displays up and running and bringing them extra business and income.

A ROARING SUCESS!!

Yes it's now the 1st of September!

And I have taken my first breath after the Sydney tradeshow. I would like to extend a BIG thankyou to Frank for doing a great job organising the entire event. I would also like to extend a genuine "thankyou" to all our existing customers that visited us on the stand and the new NCIS agents that we "recruited" during the show.  We now have over 100 NCIS agents all over Australia offering new services and benefiting off the new range of products that they can now offer.

I have some exciting news for our customers, other than our complete art catalogue that we offer, any Image, any Size, any Media. We will soon be offering a new service to our clients! I can't let the cat out of the bag yet, but when I do, you will all want to be part of it! I will email you all personally when this new innovative product will be available.

Brash and Bold, Andy pushes every boundary with his expressive artwork. Bald Art is a sucessful Art company established on the Gold Coast. Along with the fun loving Beach girls Andy has a gift in for many different styles of artwork. NCIS SIGNS ANOTHER TWO ARTISTS

We are proud to offer a complete online catalogue of wholesale art for our customers to choose from. We have just signed Mark Wilson, a extremely wide format Photographer. Mark's photography is different to the standard, each image has the potential to be printed 3mtrs x 1mtr in size. Dan is an expert when it comes to Abstract Art and has been exhibiting in galleries all over the world as well as comissioning artwork for many corporate projects. NCIS TAKES DELIVERY OF BRAND NEW EPSON 9900!

We will spend the money, you can reap the rewards. NCIS has just taken delivery of the new Epson 9900. This machine is twice as fast as our old machine and has a wider colour gamut with the new addition of Green ink and also Orange ink! So what does all this mean? It's simply evidence that as our customers are growing their business's we are also dedicated to offering them the latest print technology. WHAT HAVE I LEARNT IN THE LAST 4 WEEKS?

I will regulary update this "Latest News" column with not only the latest news (funnily enough!), but also with feedback from client and possible clients I have spoken too. 

First of all I would like to put a BIG thankyou out to all the framers that I have spoken to in the last 4 weeks. I have enjoyed reconnecting with framers that I have not spoken to in the last 18 months and catch up on the latest goss! I would also like to thank all the new clients that have joined up to NCIS and I am looking forward to many exciting business partnerships with you all.

I think in the last 2 weeks I have had more mis-prints than ever before! When you are receiving your orders you may occassionally receive a special bonus print! This will not be any random print, it will be an exact copy of the print you ordered, except it will have a flaw! I will include these with your orders. Sometimes it may only be a small flaw, but not acceptable to give to the customer. If you receive an extra print, you may use this to your advantage and offer it to your customer at a HIGHLY discounted price. It's totally up to you, however by any means, I don't need it and it's not costing you a cent..... Just one of the advantages of outsourcing your printing needs!

THE ART AND FRAMING SHOW IS APPROACHING FAST!!!

We are extremely excited and in preparation for our big industry event. We will showcase all our current printing medias as well as some new finishing methods that will guarantee to seperate you from the standard frameshop.

Come and see us on stand 14 opposite the coffee shop (essential, I know!). For those that would like to add Custom Printing to their framing businesses. You will have the chance to register as an "Authorised NCIS Agent" We will have  limited sample packs available, making it possible for any framer to leave the trade show and offer Custom Printing alongside their framing business the very next week!

THE BIG SECRET!!!!

If you are reading this please don't tell anyone, but we are releasing the first ever wholesale print and digital catalogue to our framing industry! I can't say too much at this stage, but it will benefit anyone without a printer and anyone that has got a printer. Any image, any size, any media and any file!
